Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze and substantiate the relationship of mucosal immunity of the oral mucosa of senior schoolchildren to indicator cytokines and their correlation with the inclusion of fish in school meals for the prevention of seasonal acute respiratory diseases (ARI) in the 2nd half of the year. The mucosal immune system is an autonomous subsystem of immunity. It has its own characteristics in different departments. The most studied system is: esophagus, stomach, small intestine (CALT).
The necessity of developing a high-quality diet with the mandatory inclusion of fish in it for personalized nutrition of schoolchildren and improving methods of preventing acute respiratory infections is substantiated. An algorithm for nutritional support has been developed when organizing nutrition for school-age children.
