Abstract
The possibility of long-term storage of sperm from sex-reversed males of rainbow trout with preservation of sperm activity and their fertilizing ability is shown. The assessment was carried out by the method of diallelic crosses of individual females with individual males. The fertilization rate was higher when eggs were inseminated in buffer solution than in water, especially with a long shelf life of sperm.
