Abstract
The paper assesses the impact of commercial farming of Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout and mussels at the fish breeding area of the Eastern arm of Ura Bay on the natural environment. The assessment includes calculation of damage to the atmospheric air and aquatic biological resources using various methods to identify the most appropriate in terms of developing measures to reduce the impact of economic activity on the environment. Based on the assessment, the authors proposed measures to reduce the negative impact of industrial aquaculture on the environment.
